The best is the strongest naural anti-inflammatory preparation that does not have any side effects. Serrapeptase is a biological compound used as an anti-inflammatory agent, which is used in anti-inflammatory cases and has an analgesic and anti-edematous effect It shows the greatest effect in the inflammatory phase after a skin injury, where it prevents the formation of a scar with its anti-inflammatory and anti-edematous effect.

Cyclopentaxyloxane and silicone oils – act on the stratum corneum, the surface layer of the skin, which reduces evaporation and restores homeostasis. Therefore, it reduces the activity of connective tissue cells, edema, vasodilatation and excessive formation of extracellular matrix.
Recently published works have shown an “in vitro” positive effectof silicone on growth factors and scar collagen concentration.
The International Scar Treatment Advisory Group has recommended the use of silicone gel for the treatment of a wide range of scars.
For many years, dermatologists and plastic surgeons have used silicone gel as an effective therapy for scars.

Allium cepa (onion extract) – has an anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effect and prevents the formation of excessive scar tissue.
It has been clinically proven that topical application of a gel containing allium cepa, pentasiloxane and allantoin twice a day for 24 weeksuseful in reducing neoangiogenesis in hypertrophic scars and keloids, leading to clinical improvement of skin lesions.1

Rosemary tincture has an anti-inflammatory effect thanks to carnosol and carnosic acid (strong antioxidants). With antimicrobial effect, it prevents the appearance of secondary skin infections.

Gotu kola has chemical compounds called triterpenoids. In animal and laboratory studies, these compounds appear to aid in wound healing. Studies show that triterpenoids strengthen the skin, boost antioxidants in wounds, and increase blood flow to the area.2
